Don't treat that knowledge "I Am" as insignificant, because it is the stimulating force for your entire universe. The expressions of consciousness are limitless; if you enter into the expressions you will be lost. Surrender to and be one with your consciousness and your consciousness alone will show you the process of how it can be dissolved.
